By joining the Resident Voice, you can share your views and help us enhance our housing service on the issues that matter most to you.     At the forum, residents will have the opportunity to meet with teams from various service areas, including Housing Management, Asset Management, Resident Engagement, Income Recovery, and Home Ownership.

    Residents will learn about the new online repairs portal; discover ways to contribute to shaping the council’s housing services; and have the opportunity to raise any queries regarding the management of council housing services. Additionally, attendees will receive updates on the performance and delivery of housing services and the planned works programme.
