Orchard Estate Local Housing Forum

We are pleased to invite you to a Local Housing Forum for residents on Thursday, 5 September 2024, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The event will be held at Orchard Community Hall, located at 150 Broadmead Road, Woodford Green, IG8 0AG.

At the forum, residents will have the opportunity to meet with teams from various service areas, including Housing Management, Asset Management, Resident Engagement, Income Recovery, and Home Ownership.

Residents will learn about the new online repairs portal; discover ways to contribute to shaping the council’s housing services; and have the opportunity to raise any queries regarding the management of council housing services. Additionally, attendees will receive updates on the performance and delivery of housing services and the planned works programme.
