Here you will find all the details you need to contact us. We recommend that you contact our Housing Enquiry Team with your enquiry as they are available to help you during office opening hours.




Repairs

To book in a repair please visit our Repairs Portal or you can contact Mears using the details on the right. You can also report damp and mould this way as well.

To report an urgent repair, please call Mears on 0208 498 8000. This urgent repair number is open 24 hours.

If Mears are unable to help you, please contact our Housing Enquiry Team using the information on the right of this page.

General Contact Details


General Enquiries

Our Housing Enquiries Team can help you with the majority of our services or they can pass you to the relevant Housing Officer. You can get in touch with Housing Enquiries using the details on the right of this page.


Housing Officers

If you are a tenant you can contact your Housing Officer directly if you have their contact details. Using your address, you can find out who your dedicated Housing Officer is using the 'Officer Details' section on the right and contact them through Housing Enquiries who will pass on your query to your Housing Officer who will contact you.


Home Ownership Team

If you are a Leaseholder you can contact your Home Ownership Officer directly if you have their contact details. If you do not have their contact details, you can use your address to find out who your dedicated Home Ownership Officer is using the 'Officer Details' section on the right and contact them through Home Ownership who will pass on your query to your Home Ownership Officer who will contact you.

Please note: Some addresses do not currently have a Home Ownership Officer. This is because there are no leaseholders at this address. If you are a tenant interested in finding out about becoming a home owner please contact Home Ownership and someone will be able to assist you.


Resident Engagement Team

Our Resident Engagement Team is dedicated to ensuring our tenants and leaseholders are involved in council decisions. If you would like to be more involved in the work we are doing, please complete our Interest Form and a member of the Engagement Team will be in contact when an engagement opportunity arises. You can also view the Resident Engagement Team Page to view the events and sessions that are running


Ward Members

To find out who your ward Councillor is, simply go to our Find Councillor page and select your ward. If you are not sure what ward you are in, you can enter your postcode on our Ward Map to find out.




Anti-Social Behaviour

To report Anti-Social Behaviour, please contact your Housing Officer using the details on the right. Leaseholders should also report ASB to the Housing Officer who will help you.
