You will notice that some of the landscaping has already been built such as the new parking bays and a new entrance into Suffolk Court.
We are proposing to install two new play areas for children as well as a 'grow your own' area that consists of raised planter beds that residents can use. The map above also shows the locations of bins, new footpaths and cycle storage. There are also benches situated around the estate as well as electric vehicle charging stations.
