Planning consent has been obtained to build 40 new homes at Suffolk Court. The proposed plans include comprehensive improvements to shared spaces, facilities for the whole estate and additional car parking spaces.

We are now working on the next phase of the project which involves choosing a building contractor to carry out this work. More information to follow.
