Seven Kings Community & Health Hub will be located at Seven Kings Car Park, as part of a mixed-use development. It will bring together community, council and health services all under one roof. It will also feature a new, state of the art library for local people.
The Seven Kings Hub will serve residents from across the Seven Kings area, including the wards of Seven Kings, Chadwell, Goodmayes, Mayfield and Newbury.
Residents have played a central role in shaping the plans and how the hub will be run, as well as designing the internal layout.

During the Seven Kings community gathering event many individuals spoke about the need and want for more art, encouraging people of all ages to get in touch with their creative side, and to have the opportunity to express their diverse cultural and historical background through different outlets.
Art Clubbers is great example of a local organisation that offers opportunities and support to allow young creatives the chance to develop and build their skills and portfolios, as well as put in to practice their talents in community focused activities and projects.
The workshop will be focusing on:A brief introduction into the historical culture of hip hop and its prevailing elemental movements and beyond.
The significance of graffiti and its unshakeable evolution as an empowering autonomous art form, and beyond.
Feel good benefits for you and the new communities when expressing a public piece of art.
An alternative look into colour synthesis and their medicinal powers.
Exercising the golden ratio of circles & spirals & what comes natural to you.
Unlocking your imagination to the art of freestyle painting & the concept of abstraction.
The importance of DIY & and resourcefulness within your approach & practices.
Preparation techniques and methodically coherent approaches on how to achieve big bright & beautiful pieces using spray paint & rollers.
Step - by - step breakdown of the artists modus operandi when undertaking murals.

15,000 people in the UK have SCD.
Approx. 90% are of African or Caribbean heritage.
Blood transfusions are a vital treatment.
Blood needs to come from people of the same ethnic background.
Not enough Black heritage people give blood.
We need to quadruple the amount of new Black and mixed-race donors to meet the needs of people with SCD.
The Sickle Cell Society is asking people of black-heritage living in Redbridge to:

We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and the bank holidays, but we are open 9:30-4:30pm every other day.
We are a warm and safe space to talk, explore and work through suicidal thoughts and feelings, and help you find the right directions and support that you need.
Christmas can be a difficult and evocative time, and we will be here if you need us.
