We are actively seeking individuals with a passion for creating positive change to come and join our new Resident Influence & Scrutiny Panel.
You will play a crucial role as a voluntary member of this Panel, helping to ensure the views and priorities of local people remain at the core of our performance and service improvement. As a member of this panel you will be able to review how well we are doing, tell us how we can do better and work with us to develop our services.
So who are you?
You will have a curious mind, a passion for excellent customer service and be a team player with a commitment to making positive change whilst working alongside other panel members, our leadership team and employees. We are on the lookout for individuals with strong strategic thinking, and a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring the London Borough of Redbridge delivers exceptional housing services and value for money.
Diversity is our strength, and we encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds. The panel will meet four times a year, both face-to-face and online. We will provide you with the training, support and equipment that you will need for the role.
