• A consistent prioritisation of residents' best interests and constructive participation.
• An ability to read and analyse performance data.

Personal Qualities

• You share the vision and commitments of the Housing Service.
• You are open to change, continuous improvement, and personal development.
• You are committed to the necessary time required for active panel participation.
• You are either a tenant or resident leaseholder, as this is essential for a direct connection to the community.
