London Borough of Redbridge is proud be building 159 new homes at Loxford Lane. These homes will be a mixture of 1, 2 and 3-bed flats as well as 3 and 4-bed houses. The site will also see improvements to green and play areas as well as refuse and recycling stations.
Demolition and enabling works started in March 2023 and have completed in November 2023. The construction of the homes has started on 20 November 2023 and planned to be completed by summer 2025.
Demolition and enabling works have been carried out by DDS Demolition. The building work is being delivered by Lovell Partnerships who have completed similar projects across the UK.
