Help us shape our services – join our resident voice

Our Resident Engagement Team works with our tenants and leaseholders to provide opportunities for residents to get involved by delivering a varied and inclusive engagement programme that all residents can be part of. We ask for your views through surveys and focus groups, annual conferences and many other events throughout the year.

Each officer leads on a different engagement opportunity. For information on what they are working on and who the best person to contact regarding your query, view our 'Who's Listening' widget on the right.

Your feedback is important to us and we are constantly seeking ways to involve residents and improve our services based on your feedback. We are always open to receiving feedback on our services, good or bad – it helps us learn and improve the service that Redbridge provides you.

If you would like to share your ideas why not join our resident voice database? Once registered you will be invited to participate in consultations many of which can be done at a time that best suits you.
