      Coming Spring 2025

      Queen Victoria House (QVH), the former registry office will be revitalised and refurbished into a business hub creating quality workspace and providing business support to small local businesses.

      If you would like to rent a space at QVH, please complete a short form to register your interest. Alternatively, you can email the team on workspace@redbridge.gov.uk

      We are looking for an operator to manage new flexible and quality workspace at Queen Victoria House.

      The refurbishment of Queen Victoria House into a business hub is one of the key elements of the Council’s Regeneration Strategy to support businesses to start, stay and grow in the borough.

      We are inviting interested workspace operators to complete an Expression of Interest by Tuesday 13 August 2024.
