Redbridge is driving forward its ambition to support businesses in the borough.

Our vision includes the development of a Business Hub at Queen Victoria House, a space that will offer an opportunity for start-ups to launch and develop their business model surrounded by other like-minded businesses that can support their growth.

The Redbridge Business Hub is more than the development of a workspace, it is integral to the long-term ambitions of the Council for Redbridge to become a place for businesses to start, grow and thrive. We see this as an opportunity to develop greater economic growth whilst delivering on social values to the community.

    Queen Victoria House is now open for businesses. The business hub offers 18 high quality offices, dedicated co-working space and a flexible events and collaboration area along with wrap around business support.

    Queen Victoria House (QVH), the former registry office will be revitalised and refurbished into a business hub creating quality workspace and providing business support to small local businesses.

    We are looking for an operator to manage new flexible and quality workspace at Queen Victoria House.

    The refurbishment of Queen Victoria House into a business hub is one of the key elements of the Council’s Regeneration Strategy to support businesses to start, stay and grow in the borough.

    We are inviting interested workspace operators to complete an Expression of Interest by Tuesday 13 August 2024.
