We want to make sure the performance information we share with residents is useful, relevant, and easy to access.

Our Annual Report has been codesigned with residents and provides an update on the things that matter to them. We currently publish Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) on our website, but we’d like to go further.

This short survey asks:

• What types of performance data you’d like to see (e.g. repairs, complaints, safety checks, engagement etc.)
• Where you’d prefer to see it – on our website, in newsletters, or somewhere else

Your feedback will help us improve how we communicate and ensure the information we share is meaningful to you.

We are consulting Northview Caravan Site tenants on next year's rent increase. The council is required to increase the site rent by 3%. Please complete this short survey to provide your feedback. Thank you.

London Borough of Redbridge is considering making changes to its Allocations Policy, and we would be interested in hearing your views as to what is being proposed. Would you please take 5 minutes to answer the questions in the survey and then submit when completed.

Background

The Allocations Policy is the legal framework through which all social housing must be allocated. An Allocations Policy will not provide any new social housing, so will do nothing to change the underlying issue of more households requiring social housing than we're able to provide, and subsequent long waiting times. The questions we are asking will help influence who will qualify to join the housing register and which groups of households will be prioritised.

In order to improve our service going forward, please complete the below survey about the construction period, from when the contractor started on site to the completion of the development.

You have from Monday 11 August to Friday 15 August to upload your best photos. After that you will have the opportunity to vote for your favourite submission. The vote will run from Tuesday 19 August until Thursday 21 August with the winners for each category announced on Friday 22 August.
