Parsons Mews (formerly Mossford Mews)

Etec have completed the development of 6 new homes at Parsons Mews, and handed over the development to Redbridge on 7 May 2024. We are delighted to welcome the 6 new households to the area and would like to thank the existing residents for their patience and cooperation during construction.

London Borough of Redbridge is proud to be building 6 new homes at Mossford Court which will be known as Mossford Mews. These homes will consist of five, two-bedroom bungalows and one three-bedroom two storey house in the open space opposite 25-48 Mossford Court. Work began on 9 January 2023 and is expected to last until April 2024.

The project will be delivered by Etec Group, a local contractor based in Woodford. This appointment reinforces our commitment to supporting local businesses and investing into the community.
