The project aims to bring together all the services under one roof that homeless people might need access to. We deliver a trauma informed and person centred approach to bring about change for each person that uses the service. Homeless people suffer huge health inequalities and this session will look at some of the ways that we are trying to narrow that gap and bring about an end to rough sleeping.

How can the CIS inform your work?

The CIS brings together data from a range of sources, including NHS Choices, Care Opinion, Google reviews, Healthwatch surveys, GP website feedback, Healthwatch ‘enter and views’, Patient Advice and Liaison Services and complaints data, compliments, community insight projects and voluntary and community sector projects.

Sitting underneath is a wealth of qualitative data that can be analysed to better understand what our communities are telling us. We can match trends to specific resident quotes to provide detailed evidence of what is going on.

This 45 minute session, by the system's developer will talk you through:

    • What is in the system - from health and care services through to wider wellbeing determinants.
    • How information is processed.
    • The trends analysis reports and underlying feedback - what they consist of, and how to produce them.
    • Q&As.
