The Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure Health & Wellbeing Service supports residents to lead healthy lifestyle, through providing physical activity opportunities, support with healthy eating and positive mental health across the life course. The service offers universal programmes but are also a referral service, with a focus on children and young people, older people, females and people with disabilities or long-term health conditions.

The session will provide more information on the services offered, referral pathways and partnership engagement.
