Hills have completed the development of 103 new homes at Little Gearies, the last of which was handed over to Redbridge on 15 January 2025. We are delighted to welcome the 103 new households to the area and would like to thank the existing residents for their patience and cooperation during construction.
London Borough of Redbridge is proud to be building 103 new homes at Little Gearies. The majority of these homes are to be built in the front area of the estate which faces Cranbrook Road. These homes will be a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats as well as houses and maisonettes. The estate will also see improvements to green and play areas as well as refuse and recycling stations.
Work on these new homes began in December 2022 and is expected to be completed by June 2025.
The building work will be delivered by Hill Partnership who have completed similar projects across the UK. Details of their website and available on-site staff can be found on the right-hand side of this page along with other helpful information, including:
