Design principles review survey

In late 2020, the Gants Hill Hub Design Group was formed: a representative, independently selected group of 40 residents from across the Gants Hill area, joined by advisors and representatives from business, charity, council services and political groups. Led by RCKa architects, the group developed a set of 'design principles' which will be used to shape future plans for the site, by prioritising and defining the most important features of a future scheme.

This survey provides an opportunity for you to review, the design principles, their definitions and their prioritisation, and to identify if you feel any additional considerations are missing.
