You’re probably aware of the amount of air pollution in our borough – it’s a problem nationwide, and the cause of much ill health. However, we’re determined to make Redbridge air as clean as possible. That’s why we’ve introduced We Care for Our Air – a range of initiatives, developed in 2024.
Everyone is invited to implement our Healthy Lung Habits; making simple changes to reduce exposure to polluted air, both inside and outside the home. Because, although most of the air pollution comes from car emissions, it also comes from many indoor sources, too.
