Housing Leaseholders' Conference

Our Annual Leaseholders’ Conference is a great opportunity to hear and feedback on key business updates affecting you and your home and hear from some of our Executive team, colleagues from our Home Ownership Team, Asset Management Team, our repairs contractor Mears as well as guest speakers.

The conference has been arranged by our Resident Engagement Team in collaboration with the Resident Voice leaseholders to make sure that we have leaseholders’ voices at the heart of our decision making. We want to hear your voices and opinions about what matters to you, your experience of being a leaseholder and how we could improve on the service we provide to you.
