Equans have completed the development of 33 new homes at Heathcote and Glade Courts, the last of which was handed over to Redbridge on 16 December 2024. We are delighted to welcome the 33 new households to the area and would like to thank the existing residents for their patience and cooperation during construction.

London Borough of Redbridge is proud be building 33 new homes across Heathcote and Glade Court. These homes will be a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed flats as well houses and maisonettes. Both estates will also see improvements to green and play areas as well as refuse and recycling stations.

The building work is being delivered by Equans who have completed similar projects across the UK. Details of their website and available on-site staff can be found on the right-hand side of this page along with other helpful information, including:

  • Chimney Decommissioning

    Week commencing 23rd October, scaffolding will be erected on the roof of the blocks (Flats 1-12). Once the scaffolding is up, the chimneys will be removed as previously explained. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.

    Once completed, the scaffolding will be removed.
