The former bowling club in Elmhurst Gardens has been derelict for a number of years and is now being demolished. We would like to ensure that any redevelopment of the site will benefit the local community. There will be financial constraints on what the Council can deliver itself on the site, but as a first step we are asking local residents on possible futures uses for the site and we’d love your thoughts on how it could best serve the South Woodford and Woodford Green community.
