The Children with Disabilities Service is the council service responsible for allocating support and care to families in the borough with a child/ children with one or more disabilities, children who have serious and profound needs.
The service will be consulting with residents and are inviting parents, young people, interested professionals and voluntary sector partners to engage. The consultation will focus on ideas being developed within the service which seek to change the way it operates. This is an opportunity for interested parties to be part of the discussions and reflections on what is being proposed. There will be a mixture of online and face-to-face meetings, and the option to respond online using our survey.
