Proposal to update the deprivation criteria for early years funding in Redbridge

With a rising number of children living in relative socio-economic disadvantage in Redbridge than previously, we are proposing to change the deprivation criteria so that instead of deprivation funding being distributed to those in the 80% most deprived areas, funding is distributed to those in the 37.5% most deprived areas.
