Under the terms of your lease, the Council is responsible for arranging Building Insurance to insure your home against loss or damage by fire and other risks the Council considers necessary.
The current buildings insurance contract with Aspen will expire on 31July 2023. The London Borough of Redbridge intends to provide new leasehold building Insurance, which may result in entering into a new long-term agreement with a provider.
