Dear colleagues,

The start of a new year is an opportunity to reflect on all that we achieved last year – individually, in our teams, and as a whole council – and how we can celebrate and build on our successes this coming year.

The nominations are now open for the Recognising Redbridge Staff Awards for 2023.

The Recognising Redbridge Staff Awards is an annual event that aims to recognise the exceptional teams and individuals who go above and beyond in their roles to make Redbridge a great place to work and live. Please take the time over the next three weeks to reflect on these award categories and nominate your colleagues who you believe deserve to be recognised for the council’s most prestigious staff awards.

Nominations will close at 5pm on Monday, 12 February.

All individuals and teams who have been shortlisted will be invited to attend the awards ceremony on Tuesday, 16 April at Redbridge Town Hall, where the winners will be announced. Those who have attended previously will know that this event is a highlight in the Redbridge calendar and is a truly inspiring evening. Please check out last year's Recognising Redbridge highlights,

We are really looking forward to celebrating your amazing contributions.
