Our Works
We are writing to inform you that road safety improvement works have recently been completed in your area during the current financial year.
Road safety schemes are delivered to help reduce collisions, manage vehicle speeds, improve visibility, and make streets safer for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists. The Council uses data from Transport for London and the Metropolitan Police, speed data from various sources to, and a host of other factors to determine its prioritisation matrix on roads and junctions to enhance to make them safer. As part of the Council’s Sustainable Transport Strategy, road safety is the top priority, and the team is working hard to deliver numerous road safety improvements across the borough. The Council has committed to a further £12.9m to improve junctions and crossing points and reduce speeding in the borough, alongside additional funding from Transport for London.
Below are the areas we have been working on this year that we are seeking your feedback on:

Belgrave Road speed humps
Neville Road speed humps
Addison Road speed humps
Kinglsey Road speed humps
Manford Way – Brockett Way junction improvement and zebra crossing
