Dear Redbridge Climate Forum,

Firstly we would like to thank you for your patience whilst we have been organising the next Climate Forum events. 2023 has seen some unexpected staff absences and changes, which are now resolved and we are looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting which will be:

Time: 6:30pm – 8pm

Location: Pankhurst Hall at the Woodford Parish Church Memorial Halls, 209 High Road, South Woodford, E18 2PA

Refreshments: Hot or cold drinks and biscuits will be available, please bring a resuable or portable cup if you are able to.

At the meeting, we are looking forward to providing an update on progress against our Climate Action Plan, a ‘Q&A’ session and to sharing our official ‘Reduction and Recycling Plan’ for the borough’s waste covering 2023-25. We’ll hear from our hosts at St Mary’s church about their progress on the sustainability agenda, plus from a community member who has successfully received funding via the LBR ‘Spacehive’ scheme for a community project. A range of Council officers will be available to answer questions and to provide further details on funding streams and to listen to thoughts and ideas.
