We are thrilled to announce that Ilford BID and The Exchange Shopping Centre are proudly sponsoring our Made in Redbridge programme this year!

They have invited our passionate traders to showcase their amazing products at their festive events this December. Details of the dates below:

1. Saturday 6th December Ilford Town Centre, 10:00 am to 5:00pm. Location: Christmas Chalets sponsored by the Ilford BID. Only 6 places available.

2. Sunday 7th,14th and 21st December at the Exchange Shopping Centre, Ilford. from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm (tables and chairs will be provided) Only 15 places available.

We are looking for the following selection of handcrafted and artisanal products, including Jewellery and fashion accessories, Savory and sweet treats presented in jars, Beauty and skincare items, Clothing such as scarves, t-shirts, and similar apparel, Cupcakes, cakes, and other baked delights, Printed cards, art prints, and illustrations. The trading pitches are free of charge for these events, however traders must follow the terms and conditions below to be considered.

Terms and Conditions

1. Traders must provide their own Public Liability Insurance and relevant Food Hygiene certification for those selling food items.

2. Traders selected for The Exchange must commit to the three trading days, but two days will be accepted under special circumstances.

3. Traders must bring someone that can help during the day and to cover the pitch during breaks.

4. Traders must cover the cost of parking and transportation.

5. Traders must attend the pre-event session. Date for the session will be sent with the confirmation.

Please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying for this opportunity and complete the Enrolment Form before Friday 14th November to confirm your commitment.
